18th Biennial 2011 IERA Conference   Singapore 26th June - 28th June, 2011     Conference convened by:   Nanyang Technological Univesity, Singapore     Conference Theme: Work, Life and Environment Relations: An International Perspective   Tracks: HRD and HRM policy Organisational Culture and Power ER Processes: Collective and Individual Community Resource Development HRM Outcomes: Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Productivity Workplace Learning Values, Politics, Power, Ethics and HRD Employment Relations in Public Policy Level HR and Corporate and Sustainability Leadership Other relevant issues     Comparative studies, focussed upon different sectors, such as public and private, or different countries, industries or occupations are especially welcome.  Papers addressing the Conference Theme or its sub-themes are invited.   Abstracts and/or full papers (refereed) will be accepted up to 28th February, 2011   Abstracts and/or full papers (non-refereed) will be accepted up to 30th April, 2011 Abstracts and/or full papers should be sent to Virginia Furse at papersubmission@iera.net.au
