
Call for Papers
Conference Theme: Sustainability, Inclusiveness and Governance:
people management issues in the organisations of the future
Papers are welcome on any topic related to employment relations, including organisation studies. For the teaching and learning stream, papers are welcome from all business related and social science disciplines.
There are six tracks for the conference:
- Organisational sustainability and strategy
- Diversity and inclusion
- Teaching and learning
- Regionalism
- Human resource management, human resource development and workforce planning
- Industrial relations and public policy
Important Dates
Deadlines for papers and abstracts have been extended:

Conference paper abstract: You can submit a conference abstract (maximum of 600 words) for the blind reviewing process. The abstract will be published in the Conference Proceedings. This form of submission will not be published in the Conference Proceedings as a full paper. The deadline is Monday 20 September 2010.

Refereed full paper: A full paper, with a maximum of 12 pages (as set out in the submission guidelines) will be subjected to a double-blind reviewing process. If accepted, your paper will be published in full in the Conference Proceedings. The deadline is Monday 20 September 2010.

Unrefereed full paper: A full paper, with a maximum of 12 pages (as set out in the submission guidelines) will not be subjected to a blind reviewing process. If accepted, your paper will be published in full in Volume 2 of the Conference Proceedings. The deadline is Monday 20 September 2010.

Papers for the 2010 PERA Conference, in addition to being published in the Conference Proceedings, may also be considered for publication in special editions of the journals that are published by PERA and IERA:
